For optimal results, we recommend starting with 3 sessions per week for the first 3 weeks. This initial phase helps support lymphatic drainage, reduce fluid retention, relieve muscle tension, and kick-start body contouring benefits.
After that, transitioning to 2 session per week is an excellent maintenance routine to help sustain results, promote ongoing circulation, and support overall wellness and recovery.

Each session of body shape roll and PEMF bed is 30 min. Please come 5 min prior your booking time.

Yes you can combine both therapies one by one. We recommend to do body shape roll first and then relax in PEMF bed. That will benefit you the most.
